new delights for your loveliness

I've spent the evening adding more sew on buttons and necklaces to my etsy shop.
And eating pina colada flavored licorice.

report from Acknowledge Me : 2008

On December 6, 2008, a bunch of artists, crafters, DIYers, musicians, activists, ... etc. gathered on a very cold night at the Mohawk.

Thank you Michelle and Johanna who helped me set up and take down, table, kept me company and entertained in the cold !

this guy bought some of my tiny art zines

this nice girl Lani (sp?) traded a wonderful bird screenprinted shirt for a little embroidered hedgehog of mine along with a little polka-dotted tooth plushy. Later, I ran into her at my favorite paper store in Austin, the Paper Place, where she works!

Laura picked out a house collage to take home

stockings for the pups!

I made stockings for 3 of my favorite pups this Christmas.

Michelle with Nola

me and Tucker

I sewed the little stockings first, with trim and a loop to hang it, then sewed on the piece of fabric with their name in iron-ons.
